How SAFE is Juarez?

According to the Mexican President, Felipe Calderon, crime in Ciudad Juarez diminished by sixty percent, as he stated in one of his recent speeches. We continue to pray for peace and restoration in Mexico. As a precautionary measure, we continue seeking security of our complex, like good stewarts of what God has given us.
